Certified Industrial Hygienist Support
XRF Research provides industrial hygiene consulting and testing with Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) support when the project requires that level of review. CIH involvement may be appropriate for complex exposure assessments, litigation support, public agency work, technical review, or projects with higher health and safety stakes.
A CIH-supported project may involve scoping the investigation, reviewing existing data, selecting sampling methods, interpreting analytical results, and helping communicate what the findings mean for the workplace or property.
Examples of CIH-Supported Work
- Worker exposure assessments for chemicals, dusts, fibers, gases, vapors, or noise
- Indoor air quality, odor, particulate, or moisture-related investigations
- Lead, asbestos, silica, formaldehyde, VOC, and other regulated or technically complex concerns
- Review of contractor reports, laboratory data, or sampling strategies
- Litigation, insurance, public agency, or high-documentation projects
Starting the Review
For CIH-related questions, send the project location, reason for the investigation, available reports or notices, work activities, materials of concern, and the deadline or regulatory driver if one exists.
